The Women’s team traveled to the Bay Area to compete against Cal Maritime and Menlo College. The Falcons were lead by Kristina Shade (Junior), AJ Burley (Freshman) , Tanika “Momo” Stephenson (Sophomore) and Tabby Shelton (Sophomore). A majority of the scoring is credited to Julianna Phillips (Freshman) and Indelisa “Bird” Bernal (Junior), who enabled the Falcons to control the ball. The Falcons played with intensity and a hard-nose defense against both opponents, but it wasn’t enough- and lost both games.
The lady falcons will play their last 2 games of the season on February 16th at Westcliff University @ 5pm and February 17th at Home @ 3pm.
